Automotive & Vehicle Photography Studio Hire Melbourne

VSPN Studio gives photographers, agencies, automotive brands and production teams a controlled indoor space for car photography, vehicle video and commercial content. The studio is located in Springvale, South-East Melbourne, with ground-level access and a roller door that allows vehicles to be driven inside.

Unlike a location shoot, the cyclorama, blackout control and overhead lighting environment let your team plan around a consistent background and repeatable light. Bring your own photographer, camera team and equipment, or ask VSPN about optional photography services when you enquire. Photography is quoted separately and is not included in the standard studio-hire rate.

Vehicles can enter through the studio roller door at ground level. When you enquire, share the vehicle make and model so VSPN can plan access and the studio setup.

The tri-wall cyclorama measures 8 m long × 7.2 m wide × 6 m high, with a maximum ceiling height of 7 m. Its continuous white surfaces support clean full-vehicle frames, wide compositions and controlled reflections.

A 6 m × 6 m motorised Hollywood overhead softbox and prop grid contains seven Godox 600 W full-colour RGB LEDs. Blackout blinds and ceiling control external light, while three-phase power is available for production equipment.

VSPN’s primary service is venue and studio hire. You can bring your own automotive photographer, videographer, producer, lighting team and camera equipment and use the space as the controlled base for your shoot.

If you need image creation as well as the studio, photography services can also be arranged by enquiry. Tell us the type of vehicle, number of required images, intended style and production timing so the photography component can be quoted separately. Standard hire does not include a photographer, videographer, retouching or post-production.

• Half Day / 4 Hours: $499 ex GST.
• Full Day / 8 Hours: $749 ex GST.
• Vehicle, large item or set build on the cyclorama (CYC): +$299 ex GST. Suitable booking duration is confirmed case by case based on the shoot setup.
• Overhead Hollywood Softbox at fixed height: +$199 ex GST.
• Additional lighting, grid adjustment, rigging, studio assistance and a CYC repaint are available as separately priced options when required.

VSPN Studio is at Unit 26, 830 Princes Hwy, Springvale VIC 3171. 4 dedicated parking spaces are available at the studio: 2 in front of the glass door and 2 medium-sized car spaces in front of the roller door, with additional visitor and street parking available. The studio also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a tethering station with a colour-calibrated monitor, a makeup and dressing area, kitchen and client facilities.

Studio access is available seven days by confirmed booking. Early, late, weekend and public-holiday sessions may attract additional fees.
